Sportrack Wallet
Sports Credits | A single financial system for the whole Sportrack Network community.
The Sportrack Wallet is a unique and secure digital account available to all users on the network, including Sponsors, Athletes, Fans, Providers, Managers and OO/TMs. Each wallet holds Sports Credits, which are generated automatically based on direct payments made to the Sportrack Network by any user.
This credit-based economy creates an efficient marketplace in which Athletes and other members can access customised sports services, and Sponsors and Providers can increase the visibility and monetisation of their offerings.
How does it work?

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps required to register with the Sportrack Network platform and automatically create a Sportrack Wallet, using the Sponsor example. We’ll also demonstrate how the Sportrack Wallet works, explain how euros are automatically converted into Sport Credits, and show you how simple transactions are. Enjoy!
Since each user only registers once, the interface only displays the Log In option at this moment, which is the one that will be used most. So, Sign Up by clicking Log In.
Once you have entered your details and completed your registration, your public profile and digital wallet will be created automatically.
Once you have registered, simply enter your email address and password here to Log In.
At the top, you'll see the amount of Sport Credits available. Congratulations! Your Sportrack Wallet is already working!
Please note that, as it is individual, the wallet is only visible to the user when they are logged in. It is also not possible to view other users' wallets under any circumstances.
When you open your Sportrack Wallet, you can view your transactions. If it's a new wallet, there won't be any transactions (or credits) yet. So, let's load it!
Select the option that suits you best and load your Sportrack Wallet. You can top up as many times as you like. There is no limit.
As this is a financial transaction subject to taxation, you must complete the invoice details.

Currently, MB WAY is the only option available. The implementation phase of electronic card payments is now underway, and they will be available very soon.
Now that you have your credits, you can help someone achieve their dreams. Select an athlete and create a Match Card to finalise the sponsorship.

Jorge Fonseca was one of the first to enjoy the benefits of the Sportrack Network.
He received important sponsorships from multinational companies, including Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. and EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A., through the Sportrack Wallet. He then used these funds to pay for services necessary for his sporting activity, such as medical monitoring.

Simple and transparent currency ecosystem.
The currency structure within the Sportrack Network is straightforward and transparent: 1 credit equals 1 euro. Users can freely transact in credits to purchase or exchange specialised sports care products and services uploaded and offered by various stakeholders on the platform.

Credits within the Sportrack Network are a versatile digital currency that is generated automatically from direct payments made to the network by any user.
Each credit is worth 1€ and can be used in various ways. For example, a Founding Sponsor can use credits to offer discounts on educational programmes hosted by a third-party website. Other Sponsors may choose to sell products or services directly to Athletes within the network.
Premium Sponsor accounts provide the ability to list specialised sports care, products and services that can be purchased using sports credits. This flexible system facilitates smooth transactions and collaborative commerce among all network members, registered and with their respective individual digital Sportrack Wallet activated.
Your Independent Sportrack Wallet is a digital secure, unique, and autonomous online account where you can store, receive, and withdraw funds related to Sportrack Network payments without requiring approval from others.
All participants use digital wallets to access the entire Sport Credits system.
Protected by encrypted technology, this wallet gives you full control, allowing you to track your transaction history, manage balances, and access your funds anytime within the Sportrack Network platform.
All transactions, whether buying, selling or transferring, are recorded within the Sportrack Network to ensure accountability and seamless tracking.
Transactions via the Sportrack Network are made electronically and automatically between the accounts - Sportrack Wallet's - of all users on the network, including Sponsors, Athletes, Fans, Providers, Managers and OOs/TMs associated with the system.
Similarly, all payments made to Athletes, Providers, Managers and OOs/TMs are processed in the same way.
In the case of Managers and OO/TM who receive commissions, as soon as a valid payment is made and assigned to the Manager or OO/TM responsible for fulfilling the task, the payment is automatically received in their Sportrack Wallet.
The wallet is created automatically during your signup process, providing each user with an Independent Sportrack Wallet that becomes available as soon as you receive your public URL. Please ensure all required information is provided, especially SPORTEST details for athlete accounts.
To withdraw funds, users must submit their country’s tax document and specify an amount up to their wallet balance. Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process automatically verifies all fiscal information, and SIBS Payment Systems (SIBS - Forward Payment Solutions, SA) ensure secure transactions. The withdrawal amount must match the value on the receipt (private or company) created under the user’s tax ID in their secure Sportrack Wallet.
