Sportrack is committed to supporting sports and athletic initiatives through our donation program. This policy
outlines our approach to accepting and allocating donations within our network.

Donation Allocation

Donations received by Sportrack will be allocated according to the following 60/40 rule:

  • 40% Corporate Social Responsibility: Companies committed to Sustainable Sports Careers are involved in promoting social inclusivity and access to the Sportrack Network, thereby increasing brand awareness in less supported careers.
  • 20 % Partnerships: Sports institutions are open to participating in European Programs for Gender Equality, Inclusion and Sports Accessibility. The Sportrack Network is developing small and large-scale programs.
  • 40% Product: The remaining portion will be invested in product development and improvement to enhance our users’ sports experience.

Key Principles

  • Revenue Channel: Donations are considered an important revenue stream for Sportrack, separate from Sports Credits Generation.
  • Commitment to Sports: All donations will be used to further our commitment to supporting and developing sports within our network.
  • Transparency: We will maintain clear records of all donations and their allocation.
  • No Sports Credits: Donations do not result in the generation or distribution of Sports Credits to donors.

Donation Process

  • Acceptance: Sportrack accepts donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations aligned with our mission.
  • Methods: Donations can be made online via credit/debit card, PayPal, or through direct bank transfers.
  • Recognition: Donors will be acknowledged according to their preference, with options for anonymity.

  • Sponsorship of local sports teams and events.

Product (40%)

  • Enhancement of Sportrack’s digital platforms.

  • Maintenance and upgrades of existing sports facilities

Reporting

Sportrack will provide an annual report detailing the use of donation funds, ensuring transparency and accountability to our donors and stakeholders.
