They recruit new members, such as athletes, sponsors and managers, and manage athlete careers either directly or through teams.
OO/TMs can participate in sponsorships, paid appearances, endorsements, advertisements and donations, earning commissions which are paid directly to their Sportrack Digital Wallet. They operate as a service provider, not an employee.
