In this guide, we will walk you through the steps required to register with the Sportrack Network platform and automatically create a Sportrack Wallet, using the Sponsor example. We’ll also demonstrate how the Sportrack Wallet works, explain how euros are automatically converted into Sport Credits, and show you how simple transactions are. Enjoy!
An OO/TM - Onboarding Officer/Team Manager is a certified specialist with a dual role within the Sportrack Network universe.
As an Onboarding Officer, your main role is to research potential participants, collaborators and partners, make contact with them and schedule introductions. It is important to present the project clearly and explain the benefits for all parties in detail, while conveying enthusiasm and conviction. This approach helps to ensure the successful onboarding of new members into the Sportrack Network.
New members may include Athletes, Sponsors, Managers, Suppliers, or OO/TMs.
As a Team Manager, you take on the roles of both a Manager and a Team Manager. This enables you to oversee the careers of Athletes directly, as well as manage groups of Managers who, in turn, oversee the careers of Athletes within the Sportrack Network.
Both OOs/TMs and Managers are authorized to participate in the execution of contracts within the Sportrack Network.

This enables them to receive corresponding commissions — a true reward for their contributions to the Sportrack Network project.
Transaction amounts, processed exclusively through contracts executed by Sportrack Network, have commissions automatically deducted and deposited directly into each individual’s Independent Sportrack Digital Wallet.
For legal and tax purposes, OOs/TMs are classified as independent collaborators of Sportrack Network, with no employment contract, and are compensated solely through commissions and related benefits.

A Manager may be invited or self-nominated during the recruitment process by presenting a curriculum and practical experience that demonstrate their qualifications to perform effectively within the Sportrack Network project.
Their skills are evaluated based on their responsibilities, which include managing the careers of one or more Athletes and acting as intermediaries with partners such as Sponsors, Suppliers, Ambassadors, and OOs/TMs.
To advance to the OO/TM - Onboarding Officer/Team Manager position, you must successfully complete the OO/TMCC - Onboarding Officer/Team Manager Certification Course. In addition to fulfilling all Manager duties, OOs/TMs gain onboarding expertise, taking responsibility for integrating new participants and overseeing both Athletes and Managers at a higher level.
Both Managers and OOs/TMs are authorized to mediate Sportrack Network contracts and receive their respective commissions.

Compensation is awarded based on teamwork and the income generated.
Since there is no base or fixed salary, rewards are earned through commissions on valid contracts executed, including donations raised, which are also subject to commissions as they represent contracted operations.
All transactions are officially recorded within the Sportrack Network.
So that all scenarios are clear, we explain the possible situations below:
- [Match Cards] Athlete sponsorship - The issuance of a Match Card generates an average of €83 in commissions for the OO/TM. The minimum commission admissible value is €8 [1-month Silver Match Card] and the maximum commission value is €200 [24-month Diamond Match Card], with 5 intermediate possibilities.
- [Paid Appearance] Athlete participation in an event - The promotion of an athlete representation contract guarantees to the OO/TM a 10% share of the contracted amount, under the our Event Policy.
- [Endorsement Appearance] Athlete presence as an ambassador/sponsored person - The promotion of an athlete representation contract guarantees to the OO/TM a 10% share of the contracted amount, under the our Event Policy.
- [Advertising] Products/services on Sponsor pages - the compensation for OO/TMs is €360 per Sponsor Account per year.
- [Donations] By intermediating a donation, OO/TM receives 10% of the donation's value, with the remaining 90% being distributed according to our Donation Policy.
Payments via Sportrack Network are made electronically and automatically to the OO/TM account associated with the system. As soon as a valid payment is made - assigned to the OO/TM responsible for the fulfillment of the task - the payment is automatically received in their user’s secure, Independent Sportrack Digital Wallet.
The wallet is created automatically during your signup process, providing each user with an Independent Sportrack Digital Wallet that becomes available as soon as you receive your public URL. Please ensure all required information is provided, especially SPORTEST details for athlete accounts.

To withdraw funds, users must submit their country’s tax document and specify an amount up to their wallet balance. Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process automatically verifies all fiscal information, and SIBS Payment Systems (SIBS - Forward Payment Solutions, SA) ensure secure transactions. The withdrawal amount must match the value on the receipt (private or company) created under the user’s tax ID in their secure, Independent Sportrack Digital Wallet.
Each time an OO/TM confirms a payment, we add the fee to the user’s secure, Independent Sportrack Digital Wallet.
Payment confirmations and receipts must be sent by the OO/TM responsible for the financial movement through a private, designated channel at our Support Center.
No. The more goals you achieve, the higher your income will be. There's no limit.
Being an external collaborator without a contract as an employee of Sportrack Network, it is possible to take on other positions in other entities and companies, without legal issues.
In the collaboration contracted between OO/TM and Sportrack Network, all tax issues are considered, and payments are duly taxed.

Sports Credits | A single financial system for the whole Sportrack Network community.
The Sportrack Wallet is a digital unique and secure digital account available to all users on the network, including Sponsors, Athletes, Fans, Providers, Managers and OO/TMs. Each wallet holds Sports Credits, which are generated automatically based on direct payments made to the Sportrack Network by any user.
